A lightweight mobile app companion to ArcGIS Online
The challenge
ArcGIS Online is a complete, cloud-base mapping platform. It has thousands of features, and is used by different kind of user bases. Our challenge is to create a user friendly and light weight native experience of ArcGIS Online.

I interviewed industry representatives within the company to understand the user groups and their goals to access ArcGIS Online from mobile devices.
2. Create personas
According to the data we collected from interviews, We identified 5 personas that will be most benefited from our app out of 14 personas that the web app serves. We then created user path for each personas.
